Our Financial Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best possible care and are pleased to discuss our fees with you at any time. In order to achieve our commitment, it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. If you have any questions regarding our fees or financial policy, please feel free to call our office and someone will be happy to assist you.
Fees
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the specific tooth involved, the complexity of necessary treatment and the extent of treatment. During your first visit, we will discuss the options available to you, their relative success rates, the probable number of visits, their length and the fees involved. Endodontic fees will vary accordingly, so please feel free to contact our office for further information. Once your insurance company pays us for the treatment rendered, if there is any outstanding balance, we will send you a bill. Likewise, if there is an overpayment, we will send you a refund.
Insurance
We are affiliated with the following dental insurance companies: HMSA, HDS, HMAA and United Concordia. Our office will submit the dental claim on your behalf.
Payment
Your dental care must be paid for at the time of treatment. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
